Yoga

I started practising yoga when I was a child with my mom. I loved how it helped me to stay balanced during school. When I finished high school I was curious to learn more about it and became a yoga teacher. 

I first started teaching mostly Vinyasa but over time developped a deeper passion for Yin yoga, which is what I mostly teach now, combining it with soundhealing.

Howerver, I belive every type of yoga has its place and benefits. As humans our bodies move through phases and change, and I believe that so does our yoga practice. I love working with people individually and creating a yoga practice adapted to their individual needs. 

Gentle Yoga for Freedivers

This 75min class focuses on gentle Yin inspired asanas (postures) targeting the muscles and tissues used a lot in freediving. We spend a lot of time on lower back release which can feel very tight after freediving due to diafragm stretching.
